One of Australia’s top cosmetic surgeons has revealed how Kylie and Kendall Jenner have influenced young women to pursue two very different looks Down Under.
Dr. Kourosh Tavakol notes that while many trends in plastic surgery have come and gone over the years, the most popular aesthetics at the moment can be categorized as the ‘Kendall look’ and the ‘Kylie look’.
Speaking to celebrity cosmetic nurse Alex Pike on her upcoming podcast, Dr Tavacol explained that the Jenner sisters set two very different trends based on their body types.
She noted that her clients are heavily influenced by both Kylie, 25, and Kendall, 27, who hope for a more natural look that references Kendall during consultations, while women who want more show-stopping curves look to Kylie for inspiration.
Dr Tavacol summarized that supermodel Kendall embodies a more European aesthetic, while makeup mogul Kylie has a distinctive ‘LA girl’ vibe.

Dr Tavacol said Kylie (right) has a very ‘Miami’ look, while her subtle supermodel sister Kendall (left) is closer to the Parisian beauty.
“We have a very large demographic of Kendall vs. Kyle, Europe vs. America,” he said.
‘And it’s basically because Kendall is very Parisian: her look and her features and her breast growth is very natural, maybe 220cc, 230cc.
‘And then her sister is about the Miami look: it’s all about the curves and accentuating the curves with good surgery.’
Both Kendall and Kylie have not admitted to having plastic surgery other than fillers.
However, many plastic surgery experts believe that Kendall had breast augmentation among other surgeries. Her sister Kylie has likely had a boob job and a Brazilian butt lift, as well as other face and body enhancements.
Despite denying for years that she went under the knife, Kendall has been pictured with large breasts in recent months.
Her breasts are still small and on the natural side, no doubt several surgeons, including Dr. Tavacol, have implanted small silicone implants in her chest.
Talk about Kylie’s plastic surgery has been going on for years, as the mother of two looks unrecognizable from her teenage years.

Kylie has said in the past that she fears plastic surgery, claiming that her curvy figure is due to weight gain as she matures (pictured left in 2010 and right in 2023).
At just 17 years old, her lips made headlines around the world after she went from a small upper lip to a plump and thin mouth.
She initially denied rumors that she had lip injections and said she was just overlining her lips – and that’s when her multi-million dollar empire, Kyle Cosmetics, was formed.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star later admitted to having lip fillers, but has denied all other speculation of plastic surgery.
However, it appears she had fillers elsewhere on her face, as she said she got rid of all her fillers after giving birth to her first child, Stormi.
Posting a photo showing a more natural look for Kylie in 2018, one follower said, ‘She looks like the old Kylie here,’ to which Kylie herself replied, ‘I got rid of all my fillers.’

Many cosmetic experts believe Kylie may have had a bub job and Brazilian butt lift, among other facial and body enhancements.
The star’s transformation over the years continues to be a hot topic on social media (pictured left in 2010 and right recently).
Since then, it looks like Kylie has returned to her plastic surgeon’s office as she now sports the ultra-glamorous look she was once famous for.
Speaking to Paper magazine in 2019, she denied having any plastic surgery apart from fillers, calling the rumors ‘completely false’.
‘People think I went under the knife and completely reconstructed my face, which is completely wrong,’ she said.
‘I’m scared! I never do. They don’t understand what good hair and makeup and, like, fillers, can really do.’
Kendall is known for her refined and elegant appearance, which has made her one of the top supermodels in the world.
